1. About these terms

These terms apply when you use theskinlab.ae. The website is run by The Skin Lab, 216 Zayed the First Street, Al Bateen, Abu Dhabi, a clinic licensed by the Department of Health, Abu Dhabi (licence MF7870). By using the website, you accept these terms. Our privacy policy explains how we handle personal information.

2. Information, not medical advice

The treatment pages explain what each treatment is and what to expect. This is general information. It does not replace a consultation. A doctor at the clinic assesses you and decides whether a treatment suits you. Results differ from person to person.

3. Consultations and appointments

The website does not book appointments or take payment for treatments. When you send an enquiry or message us, the clinic contacts you to arrange a consultation. An appointment is confirmed only when the clinic confirms it to you. The consultation is paid, and the fee is deducted from the treatment price if you go ahead with the treatment.

4. Prices

Prices on the website come from the clinic's price list. They are a guide and can change. Your doctor confirms the final price after the consultation, based on your treatment plan.

5. Reviews and images

Client reviews are quoted as clients wrote them on Google. They describe personal experiences. Images on the website may include illustrations. They do not show treatment results unless the page says so.

6. Using the website

Use the website for lawful purposes only. Do not try to break its security, copy its content in bulk, or send false enquiries.

7. Content and trademarks

The text, photos, videos, logos and design of the website belong to The Skin Lab or are used with permission. You may not copy or reuse them for commercial purposes without our written consent.

8. Links to other services

The website links to services such as WhatsApp, Google Maps, Instagram and TikTok. Their own terms and privacy policies apply, and we are not responsible for their content.

9. Liability

We work to keep the information on the website accurate and up to date, but it can contain errors or change without notice. To the extent the law allows, The Skin Lab is not liable for loss caused by relying on the general information on the website without a consultation, or by the website being unavailable. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under UAE consumer protection law.

10. Products

If the website starts selling products, the terms of sale will be added here before sales begin.

11. Law and courts

These terms are governed by the federal laws of the UAE and the laws of the Emirate of Abu Dhabi. The courts of Abu Dhabi have jurisdiction over any dispute.

12. Changes and contact

1. حول هذه الشروط

تنطبق هذه الشروط عند استخدامك لموقع theskinlab.ae. تدير الموقع The Skin Lab، في 216 شارع زايد الأول، البطين، أبوظبي، وهي عيادة مرخصة من دائرة الصحة في أبوظبي (رقم الترخيص MF7870). باستخدامك للموقع فإنك توافق على هذه الشروط. وتوضح سياسة الخصوصية كيف نتعامل مع البيانات الشخصية.

2. معلومات عامة وليست استشارة طبية

تشرح صفحات العلاجات ماهية كل علاج وما يمكن توقعه. وهي معلومات عامة لا تغني عن الاستشارة. يقيّم الطبيب في العيادة حالتك ويقرر ما إذا كان العلاج مناسبًا لك. وتختلف النتائج من شخص لآخر.

3. الاستشارات والمواعيد

لا يحجز الموقع المواعيد ولا يستقبل مدفوعات العلاجات. عند إرسال استفسار أو مراسلتنا، تتواصل معك العيادة لترتيب استشارة. ولا يُعد الموعد مؤكدًا إلا بعد أن تؤكده لك العيادة. الاستشارة مدفوعة، وتُخصم رسومها من سعر العلاج إذا قررت المتابعة.

4. الأسعار

الأسعار المعروضة على الموقع مأخوذة من قائمة أسعار العيادة، وهي استرشادية وقابلة للتغيير. يؤكد الطبيب السعر النهائي بعد الاستشارة وفق خطة العلاج.

5. التقييمات والصور

تُنقل تقييمات العملاء كما كتبوها على Google، وهي تعبر عن تجارب شخصية. قد تتضمن صور الموقع رسومًا توضيحية، ولا تعرض نتائج علاج ما لم تذكر الصفحة ذلك.

6. استخدام الموقع

استخدم الموقع لأغراض مشروعة فقط. لا تحاول اختراق حمايته أو نسخ محتواه بكميات كبيرة أو إرسال استفسارات غير حقيقية.

7. المحتوى والعلامات التجارية

النصوص والصور ومقاطع الفيديو والشعارات والتصميم على الموقع مملوكة لـ The Skin Lab أو مستخدمة بإذن. لا يجوز نسخها أو إعادة استخدامها لأغراض تجارية دون موافقة خطية منا.

8. روابط لخدمات أخرى

يحتوي الموقع على روابط لخدمات مثل واتساب وخرائط Google وإنستغرام وتيك توك. تنطبق عليها شروطها وسياسات الخصوصية الخاصة بها، ولسنا مسؤولين عن محتواها.

9. المسؤولية

نحرص على أن تكون المعلومات على الموقع دقيقة ومحدّثة، لكنها قد تحتوي على أخطاء أو تتغير دون إشعار. وفي الحدود التي يسمح بها القانون، لا تتحمل The Skin Lab المسؤولية عن أي ضرر ينتج عن الاعتماد على المعلومات العامة في الموقع دون استشارة، أو عن تعذر الوصول إلى الموقع. ولا يحدّ أي شيء في هذه الشروط من حقوقك بموجب قانون حماية المستهلك في دولة الإمارات.

10. المنتجات

إذا بدأ الموقع ببيع المنتجات، ستُضاف شروط البيع هنا قبل بدء البيع.

11. القانون والمحاكم

تخضع هذه الشروط للقوانين الاتحادية لدولة الإمارات وقوانين إمارة أبوظبي، وتختص محاكم أبوظبي بالنظر في أي نزاع.

12. التغييرات والتواصل
