1. Who we are

The Skin Lab is a skin, laser and aesthetic clinic at 216 Zayed the First Street, Al Bateen, Abu Dhabi, licensed by the Department of Health, Abu Dhabi (licence MF7870). This policy explains how we handle personal information on theskinlab.ae. For questions, write to hello@theskinlab.ae or call (02) 631 4432.

2. What this website collects

  • When you browse. Technical information your browser sends, such as your IP address, device and browser type, the pages you view, and the page that sent you here. Shopify, which hosts the website, records this to run and protect the site.
  • When you send an enquiry. If you use a form on the website, we receive your name, phone number, email address, and the treatment or doctor you ask about. The website does not ask for your medical history.
  • When you message us on WhatsApp. We receive your WhatsApp number, your name, and what you write.
  • When you call or email us. What you tell us.

Please do not send medical records or photos through the website. Bring them to your consultation.

3. How we use it

  • To reply to your enquiry and arrange a consultation.
  • To run, secure and improve the website.
  • With your permission, to measure our advertising and show you relevant ads.
  • To meet our legal duties.

We do not sell personal information.

4. Medical information

Your medical records are created at the clinic, not on this website. They are kept under the patient record rules of the Department of Health, Abu Dhabi.

5. Cookies

Shopify sets the cookies the website needs to work. With your permission, we may also use analytics and advertising cookies, for example from Google and Meta. You can refuse them where the website asks for your choice, or block them in your browser settings.

6. Who we share it with

  • Shopify, which hosts the website.
  • Meta, when you contact us on WhatsApp. WhatsApp's own privacy policy also applies.
  • Google and Meta, for analytics and advertising, if you allow those cookies.
  • Authorities, when the law requires it.

Some of these providers store data outside the UAE. We share only what each provider needs for its task.

7. How long we keep it

We keep enquiries as long as we need them to answer you and follow up, unless the law requires us to keep them longer. Medical records follow the retention rules of the Department of Health.

8. Your rights

Under UAE law, including Federal Decree Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data, you can ask to see the personal information we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or stop us using it for marketing. Write to hello@theskinlab.ae. We will reply, and we may ask you to confirm your identity first.

9. Children

The website is meant for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18 without a parent or guardian.

10. Changes

We update this policy when the website or the law changes. The date at the top shows the latest version.

1. من نحن

The Skin Lab عيادة للعناية بالبشرة والليزر والتجميل في 216 شارع زايد الأول، البطين، أبوظبي، مرخصة من دائرة الصحة في أبوظبي (رقم الترخيص MF7870). توضح هذه السياسة كيف نتعامل مع البيانات الشخصية على موقع theskinlab.ae. للاستفسارات، راسلنا على hello@theskinlab.ae أو اتصل على (02) 631 4432.

2. البيانات التي يجمعها الموقع

  • عند التصفح. معلومات تقنية يرسلها متصفحك، مثل عنوان IP ونوع الجهاز والمتصفح والصفحات التي تزورها والصفحة التي أحالتك إلينا. تسجل Shopify، الجهة التي تستضيف الموقع، هذه المعلومات لتشغيل الموقع وحمايته.
  • عند إرسال استفسار. إذا استخدمت نموذجًا على الموقع، نستلم اسمك ورقم هاتفك وبريدك الإلكتروني والعلاج أو الطبيب الذي تسأل عنه. لا يطلب الموقع تاريخك الطبي.
  • عند مراسلتنا عبر واتساب. نستلم رقمك على واتساب واسمك وما تكتبه.
  • عند الاتصال بنا أو مراسلتنا بالبريد الإلكتروني. ما تخبرنا به.

يرجى عدم إرسال سجلات طبية أو صور عبر الموقع، وإحضارها معك إلى الاستشارة.

3. كيف نستخدمها

  • للرد على استفسارك وترتيب استشارة.
  • لتشغيل الموقع وحمايته وتحسينه.
  • بموافقتك، لقياس أداء إعلاناتنا وعرض إعلانات تناسبك.
  • للوفاء بالتزاماتنا القانونية.

لا نبيع البيانات الشخصية.

4. المعلومات الطبية

تُنشأ سجلاتك الطبية في العيادة وليس على هذا الموقع، وتُحفظ وفق قواعد السجلات الطبية الصادرة عن دائرة الصحة في أبوظبي.

5. ملفات تعريف الارتباط (الكوكيز)

تضع Shopify ملفات تعريف الارتباط التي يحتاجها الموقع ليعمل. وبموافقتك، قد نستخدم أيضًا ملفات تعريف ارتباط للتحليلات والإعلانات، مثل تلك التابعة لـ Google وMeta. يمكنك رفضها حيث يطلب الموقع اختيارك، أو حظرها من إعدادات المتصفح.

6. مع من نشارك البيانات

  • Shopify، التي تستضيف الموقع.
  • Meta، عند تواصلك معنا عبر واتساب. وتنطبق أيضًا سياسة الخصوصية الخاصة بواتساب.
  • Google وMeta، للتحليلات والإعلانات، إذا سمحت بملفات تعريف الارتباط الخاصة بها.
  • الجهات الرسمية، عندما يفرض القانون ذلك.

يخزن بعض هؤلاء المزودين البيانات خارج دولة الإمارات. نشارك مع كل جهة ما تحتاجه لمهمتها فقط.

7. مدة الاحتفاظ بالبيانات

نحتفظ بالاستفسارات طوال المدة اللازمة للرد عليك ومتابعة طلبك، ما لم يفرض القانون الاحتفاظ بها مدة أطول. وتخضع السجلات الطبية لقواعد الاحتفاظ الصادرة عن دائرة الصحة.

8. حقوقك

بموجب قوانين دولة الإمارات، ومنها المرسوم بقانون اتحادي رقم 45 لسنة 2021 بشأن حماية البيانات الشخصية، يحق لك طلب الاطلاع على بياناتك الشخصية لدينا أو تصحيحها أو حذفها أو إيقاف استخدامها في التسويق. راسلنا على hello@theskinlab.ae. سنرد على طلبك، وقد نطلب منك تأكيد هويتك أولًا.

9. الأطفال

الموقع موجه للبالغين. لا نجمع عن قصد بيانات من أي شخص دون 18 عامًا دون موافقة ولي الأمر.

10. التغييرات

نحدّث هذه السياسة عند تغير الموقع أو القانون. ويوضح التاريخ في أعلى الصفحة آخر إصدار.
