How does the assessment work?
The doctor looks at your hair, your scalp, the pattern of hair loss, your medical history and the possible causes. The plan is then built for the underlying concern.
Which treatments are used?
Depending on the cause: medical treatment, PRP, regenerative and growth factor treatments, professional scalp treatments, microneedling and topical treatments. When PDRN or Exosome products are part of a plan, they are applied to the scalp surface only.
What is a Scalp Facial?
A HydraFacial for the scalp. It cleanses, exfoliates and hydrates the scalp and removes build up around the hair follicles. It can be part of a wider hair care plan.
Does it hurt?
Topical treatments cause very little discomfort. PRP or microneedling can cause mild to moderate discomfort, and numbing cream can be used when suitable.
When will I see results?
Hair restoration is gradual. Hair grows in cycles, so visible change takes time and usually needs a course of sessions. Progress is reviewed over time.

How many sessions will I need?
Hair restoration usually needs a course, not one session. The number depends on the cause, the treatment and how you respond.
Is there downtime?
It is limited for many hair treatments. Temporary redness, sensitivity or mild swelling of the scalp can happen. We explain how to wash and care for your hair afterwards.
Do I pay for the consultation?
The consultation has a fee. If you go ahead with a treatment, the fee is deducted from the treatment price.
